Now Accepting 2020 Summer Session Applications!

Limited number of spaces available!

In light of the COVID-19 pandemic in our community, the Art and Culture Center/Hollywood is prepared to implement changes to our Summer Arts Aspire program to increase the safety practices for our participants, campers, and staff. We will continue to follow government guidelines and take any necessary precautions to achieve our goal of keeping everyone healthy and safe while providing a meaningful summer experience.

This college and career readiness program promotes strong leadership and job skills for youth and young adults ages 14-25. Arts Aspire activities enable participants to use what they know, expand their knowledge, and benefit from invaluable on-the-job leadership experiences. Students will learn directly from working professionals with opportunities to pursue internships or to receive mentoring. Community service hours and stipends are available.

June 8 - August 14

The Summer Session of the program focuses on developing and building participants’ leadership skills and gives them the opportunity to work in a creative environment while assisting in one of our three Summer Arts Camps: Broadway Actors, Young Actors + Young Artists, and Littlest Actors + Littlest Artists. Students will expand their knowledge and understanding of the many facets of visual and performing arts, such as set design, curatorial functions, theater production, musicality, choreography, multiple art mediums/projects and so much more while being mentored by arts-education professionals. Please click on the application below for more details and to start the process to be considered for this exciting program.
