
ARTS APPRENTICE INTERNSHIPS
Designed for young adults between the ages of 18 and 25 who are looking to work in a focused area of interest within the Center. As Interns, Arts Apprentices work closely with department team members and will be mentored as they complete time-sensitive projects. Stipends are available upon the conclusion of projects.

Education Apprentice
Reports to: Education Director
Time Range: February-May, 2021
As the Education Apprentice, you will:

Assist Education department staff to plan, prepare, and develop programming

Support at family-friendly events
-
Create and maintain systems of organizing and archiving education documents
Ideal candidates have experience with:

Presenting and public speaking

Working with kids or with peer-to-peer tutoring

Using Microsoft and Google Drive Software

Using integrative technology

Marketing and Social Media Apprentice
Reports to: Marketing Department
Time Range: February-May, 2021
As the Marketing and Social Media Apprentice, you will:

Document, create and post promotional material for Center events

Work on marketing campaigns from start to finish

Manage databases of constituents and members
Ideal candidates have experience with:

Photography and videography of events

Posting and managing a social media account

Using photo and video editing software

Assist with management of social media accounts

Gallery and Exhibitions Apprentice
Reports to: Curator of Exhibitions
Time Range: February-May, 2021
As the Gallery and Exhibitions Apprentice, you will:

Conduct research for upcoming exhibitions including artist’s studio visits

Organize the Center’s permanent collection and archives

Create outlines for virtual artist talks
