“My early childhood experiences greatly influenced and inspired my artistic works. As a Jamaican, the 9th of 12 siblings, and the child of a Seamstress and a Photographer, I was provided the canvas for my artistic journey. I spent many hours watching my father stage the right poses for his photographic composition and worked alongside my mother in her dress shop, sewing, cutting, and shaping the fabrics to create alluring designs.”
