The Center offers year-round instruction in the visual and performing arts for youth of all backgrounds and ability levels. Through nine unique programs presented in three locations, the Center provides multi-disciplinary arts experiences that inspire the creativity in children and nurture their engagement in the arts.

The out-of-school programs ARTastic Collaborations (ages 6-10), Stage Kids (8-14), Stage Kids – Encore (12-18), and Summer Arts Camp (4-18) provide intensive arts instruction and culminate with live shows at the 500-seat Hollywood Central Performing Arts Center. The Distance Learning Arts Studio program delivers free, theme-based instruction to students in pre-K learning centers and K-12 schools via a live, online teleconferencing network that links directly to school-site classrooms.

The Center makes free art-making activities accessible to all populations with STEAM-Themed Free Arts! Family Days, offered in the galleries on the third Sunday of every month. The Community Gallery showcases original artworks by students in K-12 schools, as well as pre-K children (Early Voices) and amateur adult artists. For high-school and college students preparing to join the workforce, Arts Aspire offers a three-tier pyramid for developing leadership and administrative skills.

The Center’s programs provide a fully interactive arts-learning environment in which youth improve their abilities while developing communication, leadership, and critical-thinking skills that help them in all facets of their development.
