CREATE MORE ART
The Arts are strong and getting STRONGER with the support of people like YOU!

Can you imagine a world without music, dance, films, books, magazines, theatre, poetry, paintings, sculpture, murals, and countless other creative mediums? Or what your online experience would be without graphic design, videos or images? The arts touch our lives daily with vibrancy, energy, connection and understanding. They help us process experiences in times of joy and sorrow, and give us a space to escape, dream and expand our horizon.
The Hollywood Art and Culture Center is celebrating 50 years of service to the South Florida community, fostering engagement, connection, and storytelling through the arts and cultural experiences.

The Center has launching our Create More Art campaign as we reach this milestone in our history with the addition of the new Arts Education Center scheduled to open in October 2025.
Our goal is to raise $150,000 to replace the State of Florida Arts & Cultural funding that was lost to us this past spring, along with 600 other institutions, and develop the resources needed to power new programming and visual arts installations for the Arts Education Center.
Your support plays a critical role in sustaining the Center’s ability to thrive for decades to come. We invite you to become a Member of the Center to help further the Create More Art goals. If you are already a Center Member, we ask you to consider making an additional contribution or support the Jennifer Gardella Memorial Scholarship Fund to increase access to arts education programs for all.

The Center is a leading South Florida cultural organization presenting contemporary gallery exhibitions, arts education for youth and adults, and Emmy award-winning documentary film shorts. In addition, manages Artist in Residence Studios, Cinema Paradiso and Hollywood Central Performing Arts Center in downtown Hollywood.
The Center serves as an inclusive catalyst and incubator for local artists and performers to activate and elevate their work by delivering arts education programs for youth and adults, contemporary visual art exhibitions featuring regional artists, theatre performances, the Emmy award-winning Open Dialogues documentary film series, and free/low-cost events and experiences.

The new Arts Education Center will allow more residents and visitors of all ages and backgrounds to explore new art forms. We look forward to scaling our capabilities to better serve the South Florida community and hope that you join our efforts in creating dynamic programming vital to the cultural fabric of our community.
